Welcome to Stitch Apparels! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services provided by Stitch Apparels. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

- “Stitch Apparels” refers to the garment manufacturing company with its production unit in Lahore, Pakistan, and marketing office in California, United States.
- “Client” refers to any individual or entity engaging in business with Stitch Apparels for the purchase of custom products.
- “Website” refers to the official website of Stitch Apparels
Products and Services
Stitch Apparels specializes in the manufacturing of custom garments for its clients in a business-to-business (B2B) model. Our services include but are not limited to, designing, manufacturing, and delivering custom apparel tailored to our clients’ specifications.
Ordering Process
Clients can place orders through our website or by contacting our marketing office directly. Upon placing an order, clients are required to provide detailed specifications, quantities, and any other necessary information. Orders are subject to acceptance by Stitch Apparels, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing for custom products will be determined based on factors such as design complexity, material costs, and order quantity. Payment terms will be communicated to clients upon order confirmation. Stitch Apparels accepts payment via various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. The payment terms will be made as per mutual parties’ consent and agreement. (As per contact with clients). All product prices are Ex-Factory and do not include shipping charges.
Production and Delivery
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, Stitch Apparels will commence production according to the agreed-upon timeline. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as order volume, shipping method, and location. Stitch Apparels will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed-upon delivery dates but shall not be liable for delays beyond our control. Delivery charges will be the prime responsibility of the client and Stitch Apparels will not be liable to pay for delivery charges or customs fee where applicable. We will use the shipping method as per customers’ requirements and we don’t hold any liabilities once the shipment is out of Factory Door. Shipping charges will be subject to the addition of product charges.
Quality Assurance
Stitch Apparels is committed to delivering high-quality custom products to our clients. We employ stringent quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards. In the event of any defects or discrepancies, clients are encouraged to contact us promptly for resolution.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and other intellectual property provided by clients remain their exclusive property. By engaging in business with Stitch Apparels, clients grant us the necessary permissions to use such intellectual property solely for the purpose of fulfilling their orders. Stitch Apparels respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our clients.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stitch Apparels be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products or services, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Pakistan.
Amendments
Stitch Apparels reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of clients to review these Terms periodically for updates or changes.
